I was invited for a mission to Mars – more precisely, I was challenged by the blogger behind The Mission to Mars to join in the Spread Beauty Challenge. Here is how it works.
Rules
- Write ten six-word sentences containing the word beauty.
- Share your favourite quote on beauty.
- Nominate other bloggers to do the same.
Sentences
Beauty is me in the dark.
Beauty is me when I’m drunk.
Beauty is me when nobody looks.
Beauty is lost and found property.
Beauty is love, life and liberty.
I realise that I only produced five sentences, but I can’t be bothered bothering you with writing even more nonsense than this. You’re welcome.
Quote
“Beauty is truth, truth beauty, – that is all / Ye know on earth, and all ye need to know.”
These are the closing lines of John Keats’s poem “Ode on a Grecian Urn”. I have no idea what it means, but as an EngLit graduate, I’m obliged to be pretentiously smart.

I love when you spread beauty with that kind of words! I’m sure they’ve taken many today up on a cloud of beauty. Thank you for spreading it and the smiles that comes along to all who read you. 🙂

Oh thank you for your lovely comment! I’m surprised that my somewhat tongue-in-cheek take on beauty did anything at all for you, but it’s a pleasant surprise 🙂 Have a beautiful day then!

Yes, I’ve been kidnapped by aliens and they’re experimenting on me: not only am I disseminating love and beauty, also I started to do yoga. *snort* Clearly, it’s not even me.

I love these aliens if they are yogis too! And they’re doing quite a personal transformation over there! Resist them! lol

Clearly, resistance is futile. I will be assimilated. Oops.

You’ll see how I’m drunk when we meet – I hope it’s happening some day 😉 I’d like to think that I’m fun, unless I get sad-drunk or sleepy-drunk. 😮

«……or dead drunk!» LOL Gawd, I’m so thankful the Internet wasn’t around while I was still drinking! 🙂

Or dead drunk!! Totally 😀 Thank you for making me laugh… I have no previous experience of being dead-drunk, however, if this happens, I’ll report.

Actually, I was going through splash of colour photos this morning and found nothing! Frustrating 😦 It’s unfair when I can’t use my favourite desaturation device… I might come up with something after all, I hope, but you’re too hard on me!
