I suspected that this unmarked train carriage was the first class because it was less filthy than the usual and the seats were red. Sure enough, as soon as I took this selfie, I was kicked off by a mean ticket collector.

Leaving for the Normal

The last thing I considered leaving was the academia. I thought it might be nice to be normal for a change. And then I realised that as a non-academic I would be forever unhappy.

Wrist Brace Wonder

I’ve been plagued by carpal tunnel pain recently. I got myself a wrist brace without hoping for much, but the thing is a genius. I feel almost no pain when using the brace combined with a mouse pad with wrist support. Now I can click on happily until my hand eventually falls off.
